Port of Oakland names Eric Napralla Chief Wharfinger
Oakland, Calif. – July 2, 2018: The Port of Oakland today named maritime veteran Eric Napralla as its Chief Wharfinger. Mr. Napralla, a 6-year Port employee, will manage seaport operations that range from tenant relationships to facilities leasing.
