The Executive Committee is a standing committee of the Board of Port Commissioners. Its membership includes the Board President (who chairs the Committee), First Vice President, and Second Vice President. The Executive Committee has responsibility to make recommendations to the Board regarding Board governance, conduct of Board meetings, Board meeting agendas, and related matters internal to the workings of the Board.
